Are you a nursing professional who wants to take on additional responsibilities and gain the ability to train your facility's own apprentices? Then you've come to the right place.
In addition to the basics of vocational pedagogy, the Practice Instructor continuing education provides the skills to assess, support, and evaluate apprentices. In this course consisting of 13 blocks, practical learning situations for mentoring as well as a personal vocational pedagogical identity are developed. A high level of practical relevance is very important to us, so that you don't just accumulate knowledge, but also learn how to use it directly.
